Precisely my point! You're not sure why. I think people should know why or why not they like something, esspecially if it is something dangerous that has captured their fancy. As to why I like shoes, I know the reason (unlike you) which is they come in many varieties, they make my feet look pretty, and they keep my feet from walking on hot blacktop in the summer.
 

I am becoming somewhat tired of this argument as it seems you have a rather small yet problematic reading comprehension problem. Please note that I stated that my reasons exist but are neither easily understood or explained. I am discontinuing this argument. Any future comments of this type from you will be ignored. Quite frankly, I don't have patience for someone desperately trying to put me down to feel better about herself. Society is not endangered by me, as I am not a violent or morbid person. You, however, seem incapable of understanding this. So, if you know me, come talk to me face to face about this. If you don't, I would very much appreciate it if you stopped bothering me. If you can't accept my reason, you might as well just look at your "pretty" feet. By the way, your reasoning means nothing to me. After all, I have shoes too, and I buy ones that I like and that serve me well, but why do women need so many and why are they so expensive? The world may never know. (Please don't start arguing your point about shoes either, or you may confirm my fears about about the lack of bounds to human stupidity.)
